Ingredients
4 cups seedless red grapes
2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1 french baguette, cut diagonally into 1/2 inch slices
8 ounces brie cheese, sliced
1-2 tablespoons honey, for drizzling
Maldon sea salt, for sprinkling
1/4 cup chopped toasted walnuts
1 teaspoon fresh diced rosemary
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss grapes with 1 tablespoon olive oil and a sprinkle of Maldon sea salt on a baking sheet. Roast for 15 minutes or until they begin to burst.
Brush baguette slices with the remaining olive oil and top with brie slices. Bake for 5-7 minutes until cheese melts.
Top crostini with roasted grapes, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle walnuts, a pinch of sea salt, and rosemary.
