Dive into the rich flavors of Cajun Shrimp & Salmon drenched in a heavenly garlic cream sauce. A true gourmet experience at home!
Ingredients
4 salmon fillets
20 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Season the salmon fillets and shrimp with Cajun seasoning.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the salmon fillets and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and are cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside with the salmon.
Lower the heat to medium and add the garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 1 minute, then add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
Return the salmon and shrimp to the skillet, spooning the sauce over them. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until everything is heated through.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
